  Coolest. Place. Ever.
  
  This was my first time at any Mongolian grill and HuHot did not disappoint. My friends and I walked in and were seated immediately. After the waiter explained how the restaurant works we jumped up ready to get our first plates.
  
  It's a buffet style grill. You choose your noodles, toppings, and sauces. The cool thing is that they have tons of options and even have little recipe cards if you need ideas. I decided to make it up as I went. Usually I'm pretty picky, but everything was labeled well so I wasn't nervous about trying anything.
  
  You can go up as many times as you want and we definitely took advantage of that. If not for the food then for the banter from the cooks. They had three cooks around a giant circle grill and they were hilarious. I could sit and listen to them all day. They got us all involved in the conversation and made the experience even more fun than it already was.
  
  I wish I lived closer to a HuHot grill - I'd go all the time!

  8/28 it's apparent managers nor the owners read these reviews anyhow like most typically do!!!! I still think this place is great for customer service. Correct me if I'm wrong but you're in a college town. Wouldn't be smart to have WiFi so people could come and get work done and enjoy a meal like 95 percent of other restaurants in 2019. They have WiFi but only for the manager... I was
  Told maybe try to see if you can get Macy's internet. I mean come on can you not afford internet? Instead I have to rush through my meal and leave because I have work to do and need WiFi.

  Their motto says it all, " create, eat and repeat". There are tons of veggies, meats, and sauces - ranging from mild to five Star HOT.
  
  While it's a lot of food and you can eat as much as you desire, there is a limit to how many plates I can hold in one sitting!
  
  Much like any all-you-can eat establishment, the first plate is wonderful. The second time I try all different combinations of veggies, meat and sauces that weren't in the first plate. By the third plate, I need a wheelbarrow to take me to my car!
  
  It's fresh with great selections, but as my grandma used to say, " my eyes are bigger than my belly". I do better at less plentifully abundant restaurants but if you love 'all you can eat' this fills the bill.

  Nasty horrible service.  I cannot say that I will return to this restaurant ever again. 1st I would have been much better off going to a nice sit down habachi grill environment where the guy cooks it in front of you and entertains you for the same price this place charges you to make your plate and then cook it on a nasty grill that is caked on with previous meals cooked by 3 guys who keep scraping the spatula along a dirty Pan below the habachi grill repeatedly as they cook your food with other people's food. Not to mention that I had to get-up-and-get my own drinks and straw because the waitress was too busy to even consider coming back in filling up my cup or giving me to strong to begin with. $14.99 a person plus $2.29 for a drink.  
  
  When we spoke to the manager about the issues that we had he was apologetic yet didn't seem like I cared.
  
  When we said we wouldn't be returning again he didn't seem to care about that either or the fact that we said we would not be recommending it to anyone and that we would be putting about review online seemed to not matter.

  I love the food and selection! I've always received good service! If you don't like the food that YOU select, you can only blame yourself.
